GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 – Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the SACOVEO online store accessible at https://sacoveo.myshopify.com/. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 – Products SACOVEO offers sports, travel, and leisure bags. Product photos and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. SACOVEO undertakes to deliver products that conform to the descriptions published on the website.

Article 3 – Price Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). SACOVEO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 4 – Order The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. SACOVEO reserves the right to cancel any order in case of insufficient stock.

Article 5 – Payment Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the website. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.

Article 6 – Delivery Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery times are indicative. SACOVEO cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Article 8 – Returns and Refunds Any return must be reported to sacoveo@hotmail.com within 14 days. The product must be returned in its original condition. The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the return.

Article 9 – Warranty SACOVEO products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

Article 11 – Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. French law is applicable. The competent court will be that of the defendant's domicile.
